WOODEN TOKEN PROGRAM
Drs. Pappas and Tapley love to reward
our patients for good oral hygiene.
You will collect tokens for working
on a great smile all the time and can
turn in the tokens for great prizes!
Collect 4 tokens and you will receive
a $10 gift certificate. Collect 8 tokens
and receive a $25 gift certificate.
Patients can earn one token for every
regular visit. To earn a token, you
must:
have no loose or broken
brackets, wires or appliances
AND
have clean teeth, healthy
gums and no plaque.
Tokens are only given at regular appointments
– not at emergency visits, retainer
checks or appointments before or after
dental cleaning.

When your braces are placed you will
receive a cool Pappas & Tapley T-shirt.
Wear your shirt to your appointments
and receive a coupon for a kids meal at our currently featured restaurant.

New Year's Contest
In our New Year’s Contest our patients told us about exciting or interesting things they plan to do in 2008. The entries were great. We hope everyone reaches their goals! Unfortunately, we could only select two winners in our random drawing. Each winner was given a custom monogrammed Ipod Shuffle.

Thankful Contest . . .
During November and December our patients were asked to tell us something they were thankful for. We got some wonderful and thoughtful entries, but only 2 lucky winners were selected in our random drawing. They each got a $75 gift certificate to their family’s favorite restaurant. And the winners were:

Get Your Game On Contest . . .
During September & October of 2007 our patients tried their luck at our Get Your Game On contest. Everyone got a Pappas & Tapley “Get Your Game On” football, but only three lucky entries were randomly selected to win the Gator Gifts. And the winners were:

Helping Hands Contest . . .
This contest confirmed what we already knew . . . Pappas & Tapley Orthodontics has terrific patients! We received over 200 entries that included everything from “I helped my Mom clean the dishes” to “I saved my 3-year old cousin from drowning”. Three lucky entries were drawn and each winner received a $75 gift certificate to a store of their choice. The winners were:

Independence Day Contest
Patients did a great job answering our Independence Day quiz. Three winners were drawn from our entries and they are as follows:

Teacher of the Year Contest
Pappas & Tapley patient Justin R. nominated Mr. McNeill as his favorite teacher in our “Teacher of the Year Contest”. Justin’s convincing description of the band’s accomplishments under Mr. McNeill’s direction as well as Mr. McNeill’s commitment to educational excellence made him the winner. Along with a framed certificate, Mr. McNeill won a gift certificate to Bonefish Grill and Justin won a gift certificate to Best Buys!
